The area features a mix of prime industrial/manufacturing space and diverse, working-class neighborhoods. The district completely surrounds the City of San
Fernando.

INDUSTRIAL PROFILE

• Light to major manufacturing, especially in Sylmar, Pacoima and Sun Valley areas.
